Our Process

Initial Consultation

Our process starts with you getting in touch with us to arrange a consultation meeting. This will often take place at your section, building site, or home, particularly if you are planning a renovation project, as it helps considerably to be able to visualise the work. At the consultation meeting, we’ll find out more about what you want to achieve. If you have plans, we’ll review them. If you don’t, we’ll go through our off-the-shelf plans and other options that are available.

Cost Estimate

We’ll review the information we collate at the consultation meeting, and we will then provide you with cost estimates for the building work. This will help with your budgeting process, and it will influence the final direction of the designs and drawings.

Quote

Once those designs and drawings are complete, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive quote that will include milestones and timescales. You’ll also get a contract to sign.

Building Work Begins

Once all the paperwork is in place and consent has been granted by the council, the building work can start on-site. We’ll handle all parts of this process, project managing the build until it is fully complete.
